Are you having trouble reading your sales report? Does the "Summary" tab read zero even though there are sales showing up on the "Details" tab?
Please make sure that you click "Enable Editing" in the yellow bar at the top of your Excel file, or try saving the file to your computer before you open it.
Our sales reports are sent out in an Microsoft Excel file format, so we highly recommend opening your reports using Microsoft Excel. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, there are free downloads available online.
