    Hi Dave,

I wanted to correct my prior post. Our QA team issued that email to Ingram Spark. The issue with your book is that there's a spacing issue that's making your book difficult to read. This can be seen on our Kobo Desktop App:

Our QA team took a look into this and found that the issue is due to obfuscated fonts. Your fonts are obfuscated, but no encryption.xml has been provided (the literal key to de-obfuscating fonts). Can you please adjust this?

    Thanks,

    Tara

    HI Tara,

Many thanks for your answer. My Graphic Designer now understands. He's requested I ask you one further question.

'Please ask Kobo to list the name of the font families that work best with kobo?'

Trust this is an easy question to answer.

    Thanks again,

    Dave Williams

    Hi Dave,

No problem! Here's a list of our supported fonts:

This is very impressive to me, the easy flow of Q & A in getting the job done. Argues well for the future of the co.
