If you have received the error message "can’t apply to promos at this time" when trying to submit to a sale through the Promotions tab, the following solution may help you.
We recently updated our submission process so you don't have to input prices for certain sales. As a consequence, our system will draw from your regular prices when the sale goes live. To enable this process, you must have a localized regular price entered for all the countries included in your sale of choice. This price must be rounded to the nearest 0.99 in order to participate in promos.
For example, if the sale is taking place in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, you must have a regular price entered for all these countries. If your default price is currently being converted for some of these territories, your submission will be denied and you will get the "can't apply to promos at this time" error.
To rectify this, please go into your eBook in the KWL Dashboard, go to the "set the price" page, and input a regular price for all the countries required for the promo.
