Are you seeing an error message that reads "Sorry, you can’t use HTML." when entering your book description in the synopsis field under the Describe Your eBook step?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps below as they should resolve the error:
- Clear cache and cookies
- Copy and paste the synopsis text into a plain text editor (e.g. Notepad for Windows or TextEdit for Mac)
- From the plain text editor, re-copy the text and paste it into the synopsis field
- Submit the changes
