If a series of books is not set up properly on the Kobo store; other books in the series will not show up in the "In This Series" section and the entire series will not be visible when you click the series name.
When you're entering your series information you need to ensure it's exactly the same for each entry, otherwise it won't be linked. Please check that all of the following metadata matches across the series:
- Series name matches across the series
- Author name matches across the series
- Even if these look the same, check for extra spaces or periods
Please adjust the metadata to ensure it all matches exactly and this will automatically link your books in our store. If all metadata is correct but books are still not linked, we have the ability to manually connect the books in a series.
To request updates to the books in a series, please reach out to writinglife@kobosupport.com with the series name, the titles and ISBNs of the books in the series, and the book’s number in the series.
