We can assist you with the removal of Kobo Writing Life (KWL) content.
Unfortunately we cannot remove or make any changes (metadata, prices, etc) to books that were published through another source, eg. Ingram, Smashwords, Draft 2 Digital, Streetlib, or any traditional publisher. The distribution agreement that Kobo has is with the direct publisher/distributor. We're legally obliged to receive the permission of the publishing entity before we make any changes to a book.
If you need to update or remove your book, please reach out to the publisher/distributor directly. They will have a direct contact at Kobo that they can work with to remove these titles. Our KWL support agents are unable to remove any non-KWL titles.
